After your reading, I remain available via email aftercare follow up if you need reflection or clarification.
All readings are strictly private and confidential.
Recording is not permitted, however you are welcome to take written notes.

Sessions last around 30 minutes, though readings may go longer if needed.
You will receive a FREE uplifting poem card plus a spiritual gift that I invite you to choose using your own intuition.

Your session begins with tarot and closes with oracle guidance, with time for questions.
Sessions last around 20 minutes, though readings may go longer if needed.
You will receive a FREE digital uplifting poem, with the option to have a physical gift posted for £5.

Suitable for partners, friends, or family wishing to explore their connection together.
Your reading begins with tarot, closes with oracle guidance, and both parties may ask questions.
Sessions last around 30 minutes, though readings may go longer if needed.
You will receive a FREE uplifting poem card plus a spiritual gift chosen through your own intuition.
All couples readings remain private and confidential.
Location & Accessibility
In person readings take place in my private tarot room at The Movie Shack Bexleyheath, offering full wheelchair access and accessible toilets.
Video readings are held via WhatsApp, FaceTime, or another suitable platform.
Please ensure you are in a quiet, private space, free from distractions, to respect the reading energy.
Booking & Payment
All readings are paid in full at the time of booking, securing your appointment time, preparation, and where applicable, travel costs.
Payments can be made via PayPal or bank transfer, and bookings are confirmed once payment is received.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
🗓️ 72 hours notice allows your appointment to be rescheduled, with payment transferred to a new date.
⏳ Less than 24 hours notice will result in 50% of the fee being retained.
🚫 Failure to attend without notice will result in the full fee being retained and the session forfeited.
Late Arrival
🕰️ Please aim to arrive a little early.
Late arrival will be deducted from your session time, as other clients may be booked after you.

🌿 I reserve the right to postpone or amend appointments due to unforeseen circumstances or ill health.
If this occurs, you will be offered a priority reschedule plus a complimentary pendulum reading as compensation.
Gift Voucher Terms
🎁 Vouchers are non refundable and hold monetary value only.
🗓️ Valid for 3 months from date of issue.
🗓️ 72 hours notice allows rescheduling once booked.
⏳ Less than 24 hours notice = 50% of voucher value retained.
🚫 No shows = voucher forfeited.
